Our Inspections

Our home inspections are thorough. We inspect literally hundreds of items and components in your home, and take into account thousands of different scenarios and defects. While we cannot enumerate every component in our thorough home inspections, below are just some of the many items we inspect: the foundation, framing, electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC system, windows, doors, insulation, exterior siding and trim, roof coverings and flashing, gutters and downspouts. In addition, we evaluate the condition of the garage (if present), porch, deck and other outbuildings. We also inspect for evidence of pests or other infestations. Our goal is to provide you with a complete understanding of the condition of the property so that you can make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the purchase. We also take into account the age and condition of the home, as well as any recent renovations or repairs. In short, our goal is to leave no stone unturned in our quest to give you a complete picture of your home.
